dropped off the truck at 10 am. No one at the location. Put the key in the drop box which was open with other keys in it. Had a code on it I changed so it would lock but should have a locked box that you just drop the keys in, not an open box. Tried to call them but their inbox was full. Went back later and someone was there who said things were fine. I recommended this location only on convenience. This is a site that does not act primarily as a UHaul vendor. I think it would be helpful if you had a sheet on how to drop the truck off using the app with some mention of the "use current location function" for people like me who are not overly tech savy. Overall these are minor complaints. The truck ran fine, was clean when I picked it up and got the job done just fine. I would rent from UHaul again.

Horrible - no one was around and even after 4 phone calls to the establishment requesting a ‘Call Bavk’, that was not done

RONALD TThe place was fine. The app, rental and whole experience was VERY disappointing. You ask for the make and model of the vehicle that will be towing. You should make sure that the plug for the wiring is compatible with the trailer configuration. I had to go to Napa to buy an adapter for a 4 pin to 7 pin round. Not a good experience at all.
