The code to the lock box was wrong, luckily someone was there to try other codes
David BThe windshield was so dirty with bugs that it was hard to see through. The app checkout process was a nightmare. Multiple bugs in the app.
Bob SLocation was remote. When we arrived, the person in charge of rentals was not available. The app was not working so we needed to call customer service to initiate our rental. That said, the truck was clean and easy enough to secure once we figured out the business end of things.
