Dropped off after hours, so no personnel were available. I am glad there was a trailer dolly in sight and available because I could not remove the trailer from my hitch without it.

I was not able to use the trailer I rented. I rented 6 x 12 open trailer to haul my 5.5 ft wide mower. upon loading it, I was surprised to learn a trailer said to be 6 ft wide did not have a 6 ft wide loading gate. I was not able to use it. embarrassed and mad both. Your rental info/contract should note there is not a 6 ft loading opening.

Staff was very nice. However, I had an 8:30 AM reservation and truck was not available until 10 AM. It would have been nice to receive a call before driving to pick up the truck at 8:30. Also would have been nice to have received a discount for the inconvenience.

I reserved my truck 5 days in advance. Went to pick it up and they said they did not have a truck for us because one had not been returned on time. They said I'd have to call back Monday to reserve one for another date. I was leaving that day to take furniture out of town to a family member with 2 babies who had no furniture. They said I could try another store. I told them they needed to contact the other stores and find me a truck. They reluctantly did to no avail. I asked what else they could do to help and they said they're was nothing. I asked if trucks were being returned throughout the day and why I couldn't get one of those. They said yes and they'd call me if there was something I could have. I called back 2 hours later and got a different person (Najha). I explained everything. She asked if we could return the truck to Erie instead of leaving it in Cleveland as we had intended. I said we could do that. She said she had a truck for us then. Why didn't someone else think to offer that????? It was a perfectly acceptable solution. I asked to only be charged the original rate I was quoted and Najha received permission to do so and in fact the manager approved 1/2 off that. When we returned the truck no one from the morning was there. They hadn't communicated to the late people how much we should be charged. He tried to charge me 280.00 instead of 51.00. I had to stand there and explain thw entire thing to him and waste another 20 minutes of my alreadt exhaustinv day! TERRIBLE experience.

The U-Haul system failed us as customers at the destination end of a long move: The return location on our instructions was a boarded up gas station which had clearly been out of business for a while, the national customer support phone number had no reliable information either, we had to Google alternate possibilities, found some place, and were then told we might be charged extra for doing so. Get your Corporate act together!

We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at least before we we got help. There were not enough employees. Two gentlemen were trying desperately to do their jobs. Our young man was polite and worked hard to get us the truck we had ordered. It wasn’t available despite being requested and guaranteed earlier in the week. He was able to substitute it for a larger one at the same price. Shame on the management for placing their employees and customers in a stressing situation

The cost of the mileage is outrageous! 19.99 turned into 118.00 for a small local move. I couldn't believe it.

The pickup truck smelled slightly like cigarette smoke. Not the end of the world, but definitely a negative on a 1000 mile trip. Otherwise, everything was great including ease of pick up/drop off, function of the vehicle, and friendliness of the employees.

Access card doesn't work. Access code doesn't work. I've made multiple attempts to enter only for the alarm to go off. Im paying way too much for this horrible inconvenience. As if moving wasn't stressful enough.
