rob rThe location at Feed and Farmers Supply is excellent and they work with us to make the rental process very easy. The reservation part is where we are having issues. I always reserve the truck I need for each election months in advance to ensure that I can pick it up at our local location. The last three elections beginning with the March 2024 election the regional office has changed my pick-up location to a town that is at least 30 miles away when there is a truck available at the local office. This is not what I have experienced for past election cycles. If I has any other options I would change immediately. The Local office has been great and should be commended for their customer service.
Nathan YNo personnel at drop off time as it was after hours, so I cannot attest to that. However, location was easy to find and instructions were clear.
DIANE ENot the locations fault it more of hauls fault that you moved my rental needs to different location 28 miles away. Was not happy at first but then when I went pick realized that I'm paying mileage to get the truck both ways and the gas to do so. Picked up at 3/4 gas tank returned full.
