poor customer service. employees were standing around no one goes out of their way to help you or guide you were to go. some lady was telling the guy behind the counter that his store had the worst something in the district I don't remember what the word was but the guy just shook his head then looked down. I think the lady was from corporate. I always feel things like that should be spoken behind closed doors not while people are there waiting in line witnessing the whole thing. next time I move I may need to check some other places out.

No improvements needed . . . MAJOR upgrades since I'd last dealt with this U-Haul location . . . super easy check in and check out . . . minimum trips into store counter folks . . both store and yard personal are super friendly, accommodating and service oriented . . . Make sure the parking lot is clean from nails,screws, and broken glass. I showed the young man checking in the van the LARGE pieces of glass laying in the parking lot, he could care less. I showed the attendant at the desk, the blood on my fingers from picking up broken glass (LARGE)pieces. She felt bad for me, I had cleansing wipes with me to clean the blood off my fingers. My daughter said there were nails and screws in the parking lot she picked. Ask you attending people in the parking lot PAY ATTENTION TO THERE SURROUNDINGS, for the customer and their tires, whether be your rental or our own car, a blow-out or a flat tire regardless is the same; Adds to the problem of the day. Thank you for listening.

The reservation system is great, except that since I always use the same location, I ALWAYS have to go through a litany of questions about my vehicle that I tow with. It has a U-Haul hitch and it seems very basic that you cannot hook up my vehicle to my other saved account info to save me the hassle of describing the veh!!!

The place I was moving into wasn't ready, so I was late returning the truck. I had a really bad night, sleeping in the truck, unloading and moving other people's stuff out and my stuff in. I get this pathetic, guilt-trip message from Uhaul about how I ruined the next customer's life. I don't take bait like that, and I certainly didn't have time to deal with nonsense. I called back and said I would be late but I didn't give the reason. After we finally finished, we swept the truck out. Yes, I know that the ramp still needed sweeping. We weren't able to pull the ramp out and sweep it under the circumstances. But the truck itself was clean and I even put a few extra gallons of gas in. When I returned the truck, they didn't say anything about it being dirty. I would have happily swept it in the parking lot. I still had my brooms and dust pan. There was a long line ahead of me, which happens. Not a problem. The problem was the salesperson making passive aggressive statements to the other customer that were directed at me. He said "Well we're having problems with a lot of customers not returning the trucks on time, that sure sucks for everyone else, huh" or something to that effect. If you have a problem with me, deal with me! Don't wrangle other customers in. That's just basic respect. I was furious and I wanted to set your employee straight, but I wouldn't put the other customers through that. Instead I went to the 7/11 next door. When I came back, he was still helping one of the customers ahead of me, so I got back in line. Then the other employee who had accepted the truck from me asked me if I had received the email and I answered no. He said the receipt was in the email. I had to ask if that meant whether I could go. I would like to have known I was being charged double with a cleanup fee added. I could have given the reason and maybe avoided the full brunt of retaliation available to them. In any case, I could have done without his dismissive tone. I hadn't planned on complaining about it but you emailed me soliciting feedback.

We advised the store that the trailer between 45 & 55 MPH swayed terribly and could be dangerous to tow. The attendant stated he would check tire air pressure.
