Everything was fine, van was dirty, it had dead crickets everywhere looks like it was previously used to move live feed. Smell was not pleasant eater

DARREN NThe van I rented was dirty on the outside and in loading bay. I noted this in check-in procedure. I also tried to note this in the check-out procedure, but your app wanted to charge me a $25 cleaning fee as if I was the one made it dirty. I picked it up dirty and only drove a total of 5 miles. With this system, the location is never responsible for the cleanliness of the truck. It's all passed down to the end user, who will continue to "pass the buck." The U-Haul location need to take some accountability on this matter at some point.
