I was blindsided by a charge for after hours. I clearly asked what time they closed to return the unit and the person at front desk said I had 24 hours to bring it back before 9 am the next morning. He said drop off the keys at box and never mentioned a $20 charge for after hours (dropping key in box)
SELENE MEverything was fine, van was dirty, it had dead crickets everywhere looks like it was previously used to move live feed. Smell was not pleasant eater
