Review Title: Unacceptable Service and Unauthorized Cancellation I recently rented a truck with an auto transport and my experience was extremely disappointing. The store failed to honor the five-day rental agreement and canceled the contract without my authorization. As a result, I incurred multiple expenses directly caused by their actions. Although I received a $50 payment, which appears to be the deposit for the auto transport, it doesn’t begin to cover the actual costs I was forced to pay due to this issue. I provided all requested receipts, yet the matter remains unresolved. I expected better accountability and professionalism from a company of this size. I strongly urge management to review this situation and take responsibility for the inconvenience and financial impact caused.
LAVINA FToy hauler is over priced for what it is considering no straps are supplied. Priced closer to the auto transport better value.
