The clerk wasn’t informed or trained properly. I rented a 15’ and I show up home and noticed there was a lock, call the location and tells me to bring truck not knowing key was attached to truck key.

I got a call back from the location. The unexplained been on the phone with another client, called me back after he was finished even though I didn’t leave a message. Great customer service.
Michele EOn the phone they said it’s $30 something a day. so why is there a $162 charge and a $92 charge on my credit card. I’m sure there’s a reason but they didn’t explain it to me ahead of time. Now I have to call and figure it out. Should just be clear up front.
