The drop off location for the vehicle area caused some confusion and due to the melting and freezing weather, the parking lot was icy.

Unit was inaccessible without a lot of work. Covered in snow and ice and in a snow bank and hitch frozen to the ground. Staff was no help but it’s a good thing I had a helper. If a smaller person were picking up or one person at that it would’ve been impossible to get. Wiring plug was damaged as well with missing pin
Denis PI showed up a few minutes after the business closed and the person still assisted me with the drop off.
Kaden MPoor knowledge of products. Refused to book only continued to say call uhaul. No supplies available and refused to reimburse what I booked for supplies online.
Marc Dwhen i arrived to picked up the Uhaul that i reserved, it was covered with snow and and was stucked to the ground because of the ice . when i asked the attendant about the situation he said that its not his duty to clear out the snow. then i called your hotline then i spoke to a lady and told her about it and the guy went out, carrying 1 shovel and looking at me and then he told me that its not part of his job to clear the snow. he is just there to help. just to get the trailer i shovel myself and the attendant also help. and he also asked help from a guy who was operating a skid steer to lift up the trailer (because it was stucked in the ice). and when i got home, i noticed that the back door is open . i tried to close the roll up door but its really hard to fully closed the door . there’s a small gap and cannot be hooked up even though its still empty. i tried several times to close it but no luck. so when i load our things i just tied a rope just to hold the handle. for me its not really a good experience because what i research online is that there will be a someone who will assist/help the customer to install the trailer to your car, but what the attendant told me is that the customer is the one who will install the trailer. and the attendant is not really happy to assist their customer.
