The parking area is not great but the staff on site was helpful.

The drop off location for the vehicle area caused some confusion and due to the melting and freezing weather, the parking lot was icy.
Darlene BUnit was inaccessible without a lot of work. Covered in snow and ice and in a snow bank and hitch frozen to the ground. Staff was no help but it’s a good thing I had a helper. If a smaller person were picking up or one person at that it would’ve been impossible to get. Wiring plug was damaged as well with missing pin
