In each of the locations the customer service was great! The staff were friendly, positive and smiling. They were also knowledgeable which made the interaction quite efficient.

malcolm bI had tried to get ahold of someone at the # I was given to see if I could pick up a few hours before the 4 pm time on my pick up notice. (when I booked, I had not been asked what time I had wanted to pick up but my text said 4 pm on Sat) The location said it was open 9-4 but there was no answer on the phone # (left 3 messages) and the doors were all locked. Finally got ahold of someone just before 4 pm and they came down right away. The gentleman was very nice to deal with and hooked it up for me. It would have been nice to get it a bit earlier but it was ok.
