I had tried to get ahold of someone at the # I was given to see if I could pick up a few hours before the 4 pm time on my pick up notice. (when I booked, I had not been asked what time I had wanted to pick up but my text said 4 pm on Sat) The location said it was open 9-4 but there was no answer on the phone # (left 3 messages) and the doors were all locked. Finally got ahold of someone just before 4 pm and they came down right away. The gentleman was very nice to deal with and hooked it up for me. It would have been nice to get it a bit earlier but it was ok.
