The Uhaul was dirty inside the driver and passenger side. Need to sit on a blanket. Location was used as it was convenient
Alicia SSo it almost took 14 litres of gas for just 30 km ride. It means it is just 2km per litre. Which is an awful mileage. Would be really good if you could check the vehicle.

FRANCA AThe truck did not include the trolley which we have booked earlier. It didn't had slop to slide the furniture too. Still we have to pay for all the equipments. It was a terrible experience because as we reach the destination,we could not find any trolley or slop at the back of the truck. Thus we have to face lots of problems in moving and handling the furniture. Moreover, my husband got hurt because of handling the furniture without any trolley. Now he has to stay home for 2 days. I would like to complain about this. And definitely want the refund and compensation as we have paid for the insurance as well. Please follow the company's policy and do accordingly
