The truck was low pressure on the tire. The location doesn’t have the office. I had to stand outside of the -9 degree in winter day to do the self pick up.

Naveen KThis location was awful to deal with and the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul location. The location doesn’t come up on the u haul app. The location is just lock boxes on a wall. I booked a 15 foot truck but they don’t have 15 foot trucks. Only 12 foot trucks. I argued multiple times with someone on the phone who was trying to convince me that the 12 foot truck that was using a measuring tape to check was in fact 15 feet. Then I returned the truck with more gas than we picked up with and we were still charged a fuel charge. This location is a complete scam and shouldn’t be allowed to be a U-Haul location. The worst experience I have ever had booking a U-Haul
