The app did not work when we arrived and there was no one there to help. The check in took half an hour and we were not able to get the photos to upload.

Orlando RSelf pick up and drop off is very inconvenient. First on pick up you spend 20mins to check in app. Then dropping off in mid night, I had to spend so much time in the dark take pictures and upload. Very inconvenient. It should be as simple as pick up keys and dropping off keys like other location. Also if by mistake customer left the doors lock while putting keys in the lock box, u hauls will charge $50. Not choosing this location again.
