The rep was very friendly, he explained the contract to me and the fees that would be charged and then walked me to the parking lot behind the store and showed me where the truck was and made sure I understood how everything worked. He was so helpful. I was really empressed

MIKE GMy experience was great once I downloaded the app. To try and book online sent me in circles and I didn't have any luck securing a truck... I called the help number and was taken care of immediately and advised to download the app.. from that point on the experience was smooth. It would be nice if you could design luxury moving trucks with more comfortable seats.
