Arrived to location and door was locked, poor signage. Proprietor running multiple business operations out of makeshift office. Website clearly states cost is $0.99/km. Billed for $1.59/mile. A rental that should have cost about $45 was billed for $157. Will NEVER use this shady operation again.

I used the truck for about 7 hours. Picked it up around noon on the Saturday and returned it around 7pm on the same day. Much to my surprise I was billed an additional 2 days. I called Ceemag Logistics the Monday afterwards, explained that I used the truck for 7 hours and returned it same day. They were looking into details and were to call me back, I never received a return call. The cost for the additional two days was $120 and needs to be reversed ASAP. It's poor business practice to receive a call with a customer complaint, speak to me for 10 minutes, advise they will call back and then hear nothing. This needs to be resolved asap and my account credited for that additional costs that was not accurate.
