Location was not easy to find. Even with my GPS Staff was friendly and helpful one I found them.

Unable to pick up at agreed upon time. Did not have dolly that was booked. Place was dirty and unprofessional. Uhaul should be embarassed to contract with these people. Van was not fully fuelled on pick up, so when I needed to return it I ended up overfilling the tank and essentially donating gas back to them. 0/5 stars.
