Okay so to start off this location is located directly in front of what seems to be an abandoned building / halfway house. Crack heads roam the area and will sometimes sleep in the back of the rental vans which is what a woman that lived nearby told me to be cautious of. I felt very unsafe and extremely uncomfortable as I was alone picking up the van. I will never get a u haul from this location and I caution anyone who does. I got followed while I was getting inside the van and had to lock the doors as this strange man was trying to convince me to get out and open the door. A terrifying experience that was completely unnecessary.

They charged me for more miles that I travelled. I even mentioned in the notes and called U-Haul helpline. Nothing happened. Won’t recommend this location and even U-Haul to anyone now.
chandan tThe store is a mess, and the staff aren't able to provide any meaningful assistance. If you don't use the app, you can't get anything, and the app itself is MASSIVELY unreliable, often sending you into infinite loops. I'll never go to this location, and never to a location that exclusively uses the app for bookings, pickups and returns.
MICHAEL JThe cargo door of the van would not shut properly and had to be secured with a band. Due to this there was snow inside. The vehicle was parked in a lot covered with snow on all sides which was not cleared, considering snowing had stopped couple of days back. Due to this the van got stuck while getting it out from the location. It took an hour to remove the ice. Additionally, the mileage was low and fuel was shown more on the contract. When I returned the van, the handler of the van did give some discount when I showed him the pictures of mileage and fuel that was taken while taking the vehicle. The additional star was only because the manager accepted the problems I had faced.
