The rental location was fine but the U-haul ride share experience was terrible. There was also a lot of BS charges. Once again, the store I got the truck from was not the issue. The truck was clean and maintained. My problem is with U-haul itself.

Consistently bad experiences when I've used the app..it crashes..it completely stopped after trying to take a photo by turning my phone sideways...really.. a phone turn would crash the app..wow
