Your app for self pickup and drop-off is unreliable, unstable, unclear, and overwhelmingly frustrating. Consistently bad experiences when I've used the app..it crashes..it completely stopped after trying to take a photo by turning my phone sideways...really.. a phone turn would crash the app..wow

This is the best U Haul location in Northeast Ohio.Always fast service and clean trucks
CALVIN SI was originally going to pick up the trailer at a different location, but apparently they did not have the trailer I had ordered more than a month ahead. They referred me to this location which is significantly farther away. Not sure why they could not arrange to have trailer at the original location with a month’s notice. Nevertheless, the location I was referred to was good smd well stocked. The gentleman who got me set and connected the trailer did a great job and was very friendly and professional.
