The guy working was outstanding. The location is a little difficult to find. And hard to get in and out of.

RICHARD SThe whole experience of the truck rental was awful. When we got to the location, it took almost an hour to figure out what we were supposed to do in the app. The app was running very slow and was not self explanatory. The help line was not much help. The truck was supposed to have furniture pads for us to use to protect our furniture, and there was nothing in there.
