Location clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. Only Issue is the truck was located at one place, and the tow dolly was at another. aI had to travel from one to the other. The location that had the tow dolly also had the truck available. Why didn't U-haul tell me this and make both pickups at the same location when I made my reservation. It wasted a lot of my time. Not this locations issue but a U-Haul reservations issue.
