I was given a truck with a damaged tire. I noticed the two workers standing on the side of the damage tire looking at the tire and talking before I left in the truck. I drove 5 minutes away to load the truck. By the time we finished 15 to 20 minutes, and pulled off I noticed the truck tire was going flat. So I pulled it into a gas station got out and looked and the tire looked like it dry rotted and shredded. I called where I got it and he blamed me. The first thing he said was I probably drove over a nail. Then I must have hit a curb, I only drove 5 minutes away and was being accused. I get out to look at the tire and there is a large screw embedded in the tire. I wish I could add pictures. But I sat at the gas station for over 2 hours waiting on a repair person and then another hour for him to repair the tire. After I return it, I received a receipt where I am being charged for additional gas. I need all of my money back due to you putting dangerous equipment on the road. This place is not safe or recommended. I had to walk on a thick sheet of ice to even get ito the truck. They need to put salt down or not even open for the day if that too much work to keep customers safe.

Arneda CEverything was Great. We reserved a truck from the East 169 st store. But No One answered the Door or phone. Luckily we Found the Chardon rd U Haul.They got us in and out the Door and with Blankets. We where able to Do our moving and return the truck by 7pm!! Did I mention they gave up popcorn.
