Carol rMy reservation was for July 18–23, 2026. U-Haul advertised that I could choose both my pickup and drop-off locations. While the pickup process went smoothly, I later received a message from U-Haul stating that, "per our conversation," my drop-off location had been changed. No such conversation ever took place. Although I disagreed with the change because the new location was inconvenient, I complied with U-Haul's instructions. I returned the trailer to the assigned location by 10:00 AM on July 23, 2026, and I have time-stamped photos documenting the return. Today, I discovered that I have been charged additional amounts beyond my original quoted price. These charges were neither authorized nor communicated to me: July 18, 2026: $398.52 (original quoted amount) July 28, 2026: $100.00 (unauthorized charge with no explanation) July 28, 2026: $154.70 (unauthorized charge with no explanation) I am requesting a detailed explanation for these additional charges and the immediate reversal of any unauthorized fees.
