My rental pick up was for 9:30 AM The guy got there shortly there after 9:30 AM. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this location. Which is why I rarely choose this one even though this is the closest to my home. And then I took the truck back early and noticed that the location was still open. I walked inside and handed the keys to the same guy that I rented from. He never checked my truck back in. I had to call customer service several times. Which gave me anxiety because they were not able to help. This experience was horrible for me. And I hope that I do not have to rent from this location in the future so I hope that I’m able to catch different locations with the equipment that I need
