tuwayne gI rented a trailer and returned it at the agreed upon time on a Sunday when the location was closed. The location either lost the trailer or it was stolen. Instead of starting with investigating the camera feed, the location called me several days later threatening to “issue a warrant”. I sent them a picture of the trailer returned in their lot and then they weren’t in a hurry to look at their cameras to verify that I returned the trailer. I’ve rented multiple trailers from other locations and no issues. I’ll never use this location again.

Renee HWhen I picked up the U-Haul, the gas gauge was on the notch right before E, and the brakes were terrible. I reserved the U-Haul for 24 hours, but while I was at a funeral, I started receiving multiple phone calls around 10:30 AM asking if I was still planning to return the U-Haul at 5 PM as I had stated. I actually ended up returning the U-Haul early. When I returned it, they initially tried to charge me an additional $40 for gas, even though I had put the gas back to the same level it was when I picked it up. Luckily, the employee had a picture of the gas gauge from when I originally picked up the U-Haul, so they were able to waive the fee. However, resolving the issue took quite a while because there was only one employee working. Between the gas charge issue and the wait time, I was in the location for approximately 45 minutes just to drop off the U-Haul. Overall, the experience was very frustrating, especially considering I returned the U-Haul early.
