Thank you Dan for getting me a vehicle even though the system was down on Saturday and I couldn’t get a vehicle on Saturday, but you helped us get one on Sunday you know, even though we can’t always get when we want you know it’s nice to know somebody will help us get something that will help us the next day

Renee HMy rental pick up was for 9:30 AM The guy got there shortly there after 9:30 AM. This seems to be an ongoing issue with this location. Which is why I rarely choose this one even though this is the closest to my home. And then I took the truck back early and noticed that the location was still open. I walked inside and handed the keys to the same guy that I rented from. He never checked my truck back in. I had to call customer service several times. Which gave me anxiety because they were not able to help. This experience was horrible for me. And I hope that I do not have to rent from this location in the future so I hope that I’m able to catch different locations with the equipment that I need
