They weren't there at 8:30am, so I dropped it off and came back later to inform them. They already knew when I got there. I guess they check their trailers daily. There was no problem with them.

Not to cancel a contract after 1&1/2 hr being late as I was not told I had to be there at the time stated as I was told it would be ready at 10: am not I had to get it at 10: am!!! Much differences!!!!

Dawn CPicked up U-Haul and upon inspection it was full of dog hair. Once we loaded the U-Haul we discovered the 2 front tires were in horrible shape, bald to the wire on the inside on one. Upon calling the pick up site they told us we must call road side assistance, they could t help us. My husband finally got them to change the tires, but the new tire wasn’t much better, the dealer did the best they could, but had we not caught the tires before we got in the road for a 200 mile trip we would have had a blow out.
