Requested equipment was not provided. No communication about equipment. Only a quarter tank of gas in truck. Hard to get keys when picking up before hours. Had to pick up equipment from another location. How does U-Haul not have any appliance dollies in the entire D/FW area? No communication that the equipment was not available. When returning truck and equipment back to this location. I was told previously that I could do that, this location was not able to check it in. They offered no help other than going back to a different location. I called U-Haul and within 5 mins, I had it resolved and was able to check it in. I was even asked by the lady on the phone why the people at this location did not call them. No customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
