I can’t find a place to review U-Haul overall. The employee working at this location was fine however, I made the honest mistake of renting a truck that didn’t have a ramp even though I thought all U-Haul trucks had a ramp. When I realize it, I immediately returned to the store. I never loaded anything into the truck or used the dolly at all and yet U-Haul charged me a full rental. I called customer service and I asked for at least a discount since I was gone maybe 20 minutes and they refused. I have been a loyal U-Haul customer since 2013, I think I may have to look somewhere else for my moving needs if they’re not willing to help a customer out when they make an honest mistake.
Jacob BThey overcharged me on how many miles I drove. I only drove around 60 miles and I was charged for 127!? That’s more than double what I put.
Martin Mthe cabin wss dirty and dusty guy who came by shop was nice but could have some sort of uhaul identification like a uhaul vest becuse i didnt know who was it was also muddy
