We got there we had a time to pick it up he had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for someone to come they said it was gas in there the truck was empty the back of the truck was dirty it just was not a good experience at all

Easy pick up and drop off. Great service on site. The only issue I had was that I requested a 6' trailer, and it was not in inventory when I went to pick it up.
CURTIS CIt’s a restaurant!! Had to wait 45 minutes for them to help me.. Then they got the reservation wrong and I had to wait more!!
Michael BAddress was wrong for the location of the drop off. Called contact and got no answer or call back. Found drop off location around corner at different address.
RODNEY RUpon returning Equipment. I was told to park it out by the other Equipment. No one came out to inspect it. They didn't give me paperwork showing it was returned. I took pictures to show it parked on their property with other equipment.
