Where to start...!? Well, first of all they never called to confirm our trailer and failed to EVER answer their phone when we attempted to. Then, they decided to NOT SHOW UP when we were scheduled to pick-up our rental. We were forced to call the U-Haul 800 number in order to get the trailer by doing the rental over the phone. The trailer itself was dirty inside with packing materials that had not been cleaned out AND the trailer had NO wiring harness!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALER! Honestly, U-Haul needs to revoke their agreement with this dealer...DALE C.

Arrived to pick up trailer in Saturday evening around 5:30 PM. Business hours stated that they were open until 9PM. Upon arriving we find out that they are closed on the weekends. Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive and were informed that the trailer that we reserved was not operable due to the rear light. The location was aware of this issue beginning Saturday morning. No one called us to let us know that we would not be able to rent the trailer. We could have stopped at another location on the way. We actually had reserved the trailer for pickup on Saturday morning, but we had to reschedule our pickup for a later time. We reserved a 6x12 and the only option provided was a 5x8 which was too small. There was a truck available on site and we contacted customer service for 2 hours and we kept getting transferred. We traveled from Georgia to Mississippi and were really put into a bind. Absolutely the worst experience ever with Uhaul. I am requesting a full refund. Uhaul needs much better communication with their locations and to have dedicated customer service to quickly resolve issues when in transit. Cost me a lot of time and money.ANDRE O.

Truck was clean,seemed to be well serviced, but after I got going I noticed the "air conditioner" wasn't working, nor was the fan for vent air.I had to drive load up & then drive home the next day some 300 something miles without air, that can be uncomfortable..JOHN B.

This was our second time to drop off at this location. Neither time the owner was available to take our return. The December date, the company advised he was closed, which I was not advised of. when making reservation or would have made a different drop off. Somehow your system needs a way to show not available for drop off since your customer service stated he was closed until 12-28-2020. I go by this place numerous time every week and it never appears to be anyone there.Curtis C.

They had the drop off location as St. Stephen,S. C. on my contract but I received a call after I had dropped it off stating that it was supposed to be at Lane, S. C. The lady there worked with me and about a week later she said that I could move it to her place so that it could be checked in. I don't know why the man that is over the location here in St. Stephen was not in. There was no note as to when he would be back. We waited for a week trying to get in touch with him but was unable to reach him. I had dropped it off a day early but there was no one there.James M.
