The guaranteed reservation was not ready. They said I would get $50 in credit but no clear directions on how or when. I don't even know if I'll receive it.

KEVIN HThe only thing is I don’t think it’s fair to charge another day because the trailer was returned last night on the 14th at 10:46 pm. I even have a picture with the time at the top. It was not even used 24 hours. The documentation says it was returned on the 15th but it wasn’t. I know the desk clerk said he was leaving at 5 but documentation is wrong that’s not when it was returned.
