The guy working the counter told me the app was my job everything is paperless. We hired someone to drive the Uhaul and bring our belongings to us.. They did not have the app nor did I think they needed it. I had difficulties returning because I did not take pictures of the mileage, gas gauge before leaving with the box truck. I feel like customer service could be greatly improved by making it personal.. We paid for the service and the use of the equipment, this company wants the customer to do all the work themselves this is not service. Service is speaking to someone to rent, and return your rental. Not get on a app, do all the work yourself and just hand over the money.. BRING BACK CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE, get rid of I’m sending you a link to do everything yourself..

Jennifer WTrash location. un-manned when we were there. Did not look safe. Then they overcharged us by a day. Go somewhere else.
ANDREW CThe 1st place that was on our paperwork to drop it off was closed on Saturday ( the day we were going to drop it off on our paperwork) the phone number that was for us to call when we got there was the wrong number the person that picked up was rude said he didn't have a clue about u-haul even though in front of the building had a sign and there was trailers in the parking lot, called the number on the truck that was in the parking lot a lady picked up she said they were closed and " would try" to get uhaul to call us back that day to drop off at a different location ( still have not gotten a call) ending up calling uhaul and after a ton of hoops ( and talking to yet another rude person) we were told to drop it off at pt6 inn, if we didn't need to rent a trailer to move we would never rent from uhaul again
