Drop-off site sort of small, maybe they can arrange an overflow lot if the primary area is full. They mentioned the key slot but did not inform us about the rental agreement slot. Generally a great experience.

Kyle NWe had added 2 extra days at our pick-up location and thought we were charged for them. M&J could not show us the bill (and my son misplaced our copy), so we did not know whether we had already paid for the extra 2 days. The manager became unfriendly and told us we were trying to rip them off, when we only wanted to know what we had paid for already so we knew if we needed to still pay for the extra 2 days. When I said that we would dispute the charge if we had already paid it, the manager told me that I would never be able to rent another U-Haul if I disputed any charge because I signed a contract. That's not right. I signed a contract to pay what I owe, not whatever they want to charge me.
