For a small town like Everett, it’s very convenient to where I live. Although this business does not have a wide variety of vehicles for rent, I have no complaints. The staff person was very friendly and I appreciated his helpfulness in making the rental a quick process.
AYAANA TProprietor first refused drop-off of a trailer, which wasn't originally scheduled for that day, because 'there wasn't room'. Asked me to back the trailer up a hill. Eventually allowed me to leave it in the pull-through area.
karen cI was scheduled to drop off the trailer on Sunday or Monday (Labor Day). The drop off location was closed both days. Yesterday, I learned that I was charged an extra $20 for "after hours drop off." I dropped off the trailer just after noon on Sunday! I am very unhappy and will challenge the fraudulent charge.
