The place was close to my destination which was great. But there didn't seem to be a place to park the truck so I assumed where I parked would be fine. The place was closed so I didn't interact with anyone. I had to down load the u-haul app and do self serve return. I would recommend the place for drop off if it's near your destination because you can drop it off anytime.

MICHAEL CFor a small town like Everett, it’s very convenient to where I live. Although this business does not have a wide variety of vehicles for rent, I have no complaints. The staff person was very friendly and I appreciated his helpfulness in making the rental a quick process.
AYAANA TProprietor first refused drop-off of a trailer, which wasn't originally scheduled for that day, because 'there wasn't room'. Asked me to back the trailer up a hill. Eventually allowed me to leave it in the pull-through area.
