The location took me to a liquor store down the street. After looking for the drop box for fifteen minutes, I went to the Shell and the cashier was clueless. I asked about returning the Uhaul and he waved me off and took another customer. Not to mention, it cost $600 to rent a 10’ trailer for a day. Fuck you
Seth BThe truck had a lighter and candy left in the console upon our arrival. The back had blankets and dolly’s that we did not order in it. Once we got the keys we noticed that the battery was dead and we had to have a tow service come out to jump the vehicle. The person at the counter was wonderful about helping us and allowing us to wait there until help arrived though.
Janet MThe gentleman that checked us in for the rental barely knew how to use the system. He somehow changed my one way reservation to an in town reservation, which took half an hour on the phone to fix. We also did not get the utility dolly or the furniture pads I’d requested. When asked, he just kept saying “I dont have them. Sorry. Sorry.” It took almost 45min for the whole process, despite having already done the check in on line myself.
