I am only reading this as poor because the situation that led me to go to this location and not able to rent the van which is the size vehicle I needed to rent, was because the man at the original grocery store called grocery thing just didn’t want to rent it to me and kept canceling the reservation, even though I had used the van a few times taken good care of it filled the gas tank up. There was nothing wrong with me borrowing the van, and it was an extremely helpful location. The man just wanted to make my life difficult. I will never go to that location for anything ever again.
SUSAN SIt was ridiculous. I personally had to do the persons job on the laptop. She spoke very little English and didn’t read English on the computer. This location should not be allowed to affiliates with Uhual
JAMES KThe truck was still hooked up to a trailer. The shop owner did not know how to disconnect the trailer. The truck was full of blankets and a dolly which I did not pay for, but now I was responsible for
