Countless problems and your entire process is completely unlean and unclear and full of timing issues. The guy at this location could not speak any english and as a result could not answer any questions or provide any instructions. Horrible service. We asked 10 times how full the gas tank had to be upon return and he kept pointing at the pc screen because he could not speak english and we never got an answer. The instructions and contract agreement were never sent to us until we were already on the road driving to move and could never even read the agreement until 3 days later once we were done moving. Terrible processes and horrible company will avoid using U-haul at all costs in the future. Because nobody could speak english at the location we picked up we never knew we only had to fill gas tank at 3/4 full and we assumed it had to be full due to terrible instructions, and we returning the gas tank full and when I found out later after we already dropped the truck off that it had to only be 3/4 tank full I asked for a refund of the extra 1/4 tank of gas U-haul got for free from us and NOTHING was EVER DONE to refund is the extra 1/4 tank of gas we gave you@! We hate U-haul at this point it was nothing but problems the entire trip.... your processes are the most cumbersome, not simple, and complicated, and without any human element to oversee the the process such as a live person to drop the vehicle off to... it results in MANY problems and issues. You rely on stupid AI and cameras to run your entire process for drop off at most locations such as the Republic, WA location where we dropped off and that location is only open 4 days per week. HORRIBLE. As a result many problems encountered. AND you never told us there are extra fees if you don't download your stupid phone app. HATE U_HAUL

Karen EI am only reading this as poor because the situation that led me to go to this location and not able to rent the van which is the size vehicle I needed to rent, was because the man at the original grocery store called grocery thing just didn’t want to rent it to me and kept canceling the reservation, even though I had used the van a few times taken good care of it filled the gas tank up. There was nothing wrong with me borrowing the van, and it was an extremely helpful location. The man just wanted to make my life difficult. I will never go to that location for anything ever again.
SUSAN SIt was ridiculous. I personally had to do the persons job on the laptop. She spoke very little English and didn’t read English on the computer. This location should not be allowed to affiliates with Uhual
