I would not recommend U-Haul because twice now my reservation has been botched and when I went to get the vehicle I had reserved, it was not available. The location I finally arrived at that had a truck, was run by a very nice lady who took good care of us, however the truck had no gas. Also, the lady at UHaul customer service was very attentive and I really appreciated her help. The overall reservation process was the worst and I won’t be returning.
DARYL TThe van was filthy on the outside and the inside was dirty. The attendant complained that I got some dirt on the rear bumper. They didn’t clean the van before giving me the keys but she expected the van to be clean when I returned it. Terrible customer service. 1 star rating.
