Timely and friendly service
TINKHANI LReserved 6 furniture blankets and was sent with a bag that only contained 4. Didn't realize this until we were already off site. My only suggestion for improvement would be to confirm the customer is receiving the correct supplies as ordered.

Hamdu SWe had to do an after hours return, and I had great difficulty getting the app driven return process to work. I could not have done it without support from your 24 seven support number. Also, I found the new policy of returning the vehicle with as much gas as it came with, Which was less than a full tank, very difficult. I ended up paying $37 for gas and we drove about 36 or 37 miles. I would much prefer getting the vehicle with a full tank and returning it with a full tank.
