I dropped it off on the 5th of January and I had to call customer support to get the truck checked in which wasn't done until 2 days later. The entire experience felt sketchy at best. Especially compared to the wonderful pick-up experience in Fresno.

Customer service and had faced a little issues while driving the vehicle
SUNNY Jlittle confusing for me, as it has not been the traditional way I have rented. Cab was generally clean but had muddy floor mats. i would use and recommend UHaul in the future.
