This location is not only confusing but the person who works at the gas station was rude and unhelpful. I ask multiple times about the uhaul key drop box but he insisted there is no place to park. At the end he asked me to just hand him the key which was strange and confusing...it's just a gas station with Uhaul drop off point?? Please consider making things a bit more clear UHaul.Sergiy S.
The e-mail confirmation of my reservation for a 15' truck suggested "on-line check-in" to hasten the vehicle pick up process. I spent about 45 minutes opening an account, up loading photos of my driving license, etc. There was never a confirmation that the check in process had worked and after repeating it three times I gave up. The truck was quite old, with about 110,000 miles on the odometer. It made the trip but it was noisy and rough riding. I thought that charging nearly $2 per mile for such equipment might have been OK for something relatively new, it seemed a bid much for an end-of-life vehicle.William H.

The Casino Road folks had their act together. HOWEVER - The original reservation was thru the U-Haul Corporate location located at 6443 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA. The gals in that office are not tuned into the moving experience. It appeared to me they are overwhelmed with customers. I had to scout my own Pick-Up/Return location & I had to manage my own storage. U-Haul has picture job aid showing a 10 ft truck = TWO U-Boxes, yet they didn't read the pictures on the job aid. I actually went into the 6443 Evergreen Way location to review. They had so many customers standing in line another customer - who used to work for U-Haul - actually helped me understand a U-Box was way TOO SMALL for a 10 ft truck! Customers were helping other customers!!! Luckily, I'm a very good project manager & Quality Assurance Manager! I'm retired, but I'm working more than ever because Corporate America companies are that messed up!!!!DENNIS M.
This location is fraudulent and overcharged for days that I never used and calls and harasses me every other day since my rental which was the first week in June, if uhaul doesn't make this right or correct this problem then you will be hearing from my lawyer. I havent rented from uhaul since the 2nd of June but just recieved another uhaul receipt saying I returned the truck as of todaystarr B.

It was Utterly Terrible! The "Move help" I PREPAID FOR through U Haul website WAS A NO SHOW and I am out the $205.95, until you refund that amount I have nothing good to say about U Haul, here or on-line. This is not the fault of the location, but of the move help contractor. It is up to UHaul to refund my money howeverMisha W.

When you make the reservation a few weeks before the scheduled pickup, it would be great to be able to have all the equipment you rented at the same location!! I spent a couple hrs driving around to pick up the equipment!!!Robert J.

This transaction from start to finish was AWFUL; the office that called to confirm pickup was beyond rude and unhelpful deciding they would just hang up on my. When I called back, the manager refused to give me corporate's information. When I got it myself, I reached out to them with no response. When I scheduled the pickup, I told them the time and they for some reason scheduled it for 4 hours earlier and when the driver picked up the truck, the first thing the associate said was, "You're late." He then tried to write my credit card number down on paper that needed to be read over the phone until the driver said, NO! Just put it in the computer. Absolutely awful, horrible experience!Gordon H.

Truck was covered in snow, even though I had a reservation made 2 days prior to picking it up. I also had to go and buy chains for the vehicle since I was driving over a mountain pass in the winter. I don't fully understand why you don't provide them since you could just charge the customer if they are not present at the time of return. Very disappointing and it will factor into my decision making when I need to rent a truck in the future.BRIAN RUSSELL P.

Maybe offer a wi-fi connection... I had a hard time getting my phone to upload photos, etc. and I very rarely have those issues. I know it's a phone provider-issue... but that would be a nice little service.Jennifer R.

Extremely unprofessional. This uhaul is run out of a gas station. The person we filled out paperwork with was hard to understand. I wasn't given any receipts and was charged twice on my credit card.Kimberley J.

I've rented hauls before this was weird. Nobody checked the mileage or shape of the vehicle at pick up. The drop off was worse. The man at the counter simply took the key and asked if I needed a receipt. He was in the middle of a conversation,during my drop off, ,and I clearly interrupted them. I said no I didn't need a receipt, thinking he would check the mileage and gas, but didn't until I said yes I need a receipt to see what I will be charged. He seemed irritated and handed his buddy the key to go check it for him. There was no customers in the store. It was an uncomfortable feeling that I was renting a product from a company that didn't seem to care about a vehicle I was spending money on. It was a very uncomfortable situation.Carey C.

When I first rented the truck I was told it had 3/4 tank of gas when actually it only had 1/2 tank of gas. I was charged for 6 gallons of gas ($30.00). I had to go to the back of the establishment to get the dolly myself and checkout too forever. Trash was left inside the truck under the chairs and cab smelled like mildew. No Aux outlet in truck and no backup camera like other trucks. I usually rent a truck at SAS food, but since it was just walking distance for where I live I thought I would give it a try, big mistake and wrong decision. I should have rented at SAS food.RONALD R.
