The gentleman working there is pretty nice and helpful, but the women there are lazy and unhelpful. I say this because when I came in to rent the equipment a lady told me to wait till the gentleman was free despite the fact that he was helping someone and she was not. On the return experience I mixed up the locations and ended up in other I-haul locations. I started getting frustrated and called the hauls to see which one had my account. When I called, a woman picked up and when I explained the situation she informed me she could not look me up because she was not by a computer. I was there 10 mins later and saw the woman just sitting in their garage, she came in to collect and count my things so I imagine it was the same woman. When your customers call, please try and help them. You don’t know what they are going through and facing, not to mention moving is stressful enough.
