Everything went very smoothly for our move on the coldest day in January! It was very easy to get the truck in & out, despite all the snow. Jake (manager) was very friendly, helpful, & accommodating. We will definitely recommend using McFarland for any future U-HAUL needs!

I returned the vehicle off hours so there was no personnel to interact with.
PAUL DI spent over an hour trying to get pictures of my license you would accept. I ended up in chat with someone who finally got me approved. You need a better way of validating who a person is. Taking photos on a bright sunny day in a car with a very good phone camera does not work well.
Robert CDidn’t have my equipment and the truck was very dirty inside but I understand that the reservation before me returned it late and the support on the phone was good
