Way too far off pickup location. U haul changed my pickup location without asking or informing which caused me almost extra 100 km. Caused me more time and I faced inconvenience because my original booking was just 2 min walk from my london address from my original destination from where I had to move . The customer support and scheduling department needs to work things properly and at-least let the customers know or at-least help them . U haul should compensate for the inconvenience faced.

Easy. Very helpful and was easy to drop off
CRAIG SBrakes are shot and the right rear turn signal is dim. Can’t see it when on. Made for a very stressful 3 hours in that truck. Concerned for my safety during this move. Not cool uhaul. Get you trucks looked at more often.
