No internet to check in online . No person at location!!! Had to wait over an hour on hold and then charged me another rental tax fee!! Which I had already paid once!! Horrible experience!

It was 3:45 in the afternoon. No one was on the premises. But the after hours key drop box was noticeable. I used it. Even though it was not after hours.
