Very bad location Homeless and rough people all around Did not feel safe
Goldie WThey incorrectly charged me 101$. When I only used 36 miles
alexis pDid not want to give me the U-Haul. I had to wait 30 min. He wanted me to keep calling U-Haul and said someone needed to call him to confirm that I could take the van even though I reserved it ahead of time and did the check in process. Would rather drive further away for smoother process.
