Please maintain the vehicles, I had one uhaul that the door didn’t close and the sunshade didn’t stay in place. Then I had another rental where the air conditioning didn’t work which caused me to have to extend the rental ($50 in additional fees) because I one wants people helping them to have to work in heat. The location however is clean and well lit, the staff member Kyle is efficient, kind and knowledgeable but if the equipment doesn’t work it’s pointless

The virtual pick up was giving me a very hard time and I was definitely becoming frustrated with the app. Kyle saw me sitting outside and came over to help. I told him I was fine but he insisted and followed though getting my pick up cleared in less than 5 minutes. Little did he know I have an invisible disability and his jumping in to help me saved me an evening of discomfort. I highly recommend this location just off my experience with the staff members alone. Would definitely recommend this location.
