The truck didn’t have no heat, the doors will not close all the way and the light inside will not turn off.

I got charged for a dolly I never got with my rental. I would appreciate if U-Haul can refund me . The representative say she would because she was the one the told me she didn’t have the dolly however I still got charged.
Shean FI needed a utility dolly and coverings for my furniture but they didn't carry those items. Those are some things that should be added to this location.
