the truck was not at this location, and I had to go on a scavenger hunt which took over an hour to find my vehicle. when i got to the satellite location (where the truck actually was) i wasn’t able to do pickup or drop off because the GPS in the app wouldn’t let me.

The address wouldn't come up on the app so used maps to find the IClean location. Took us to a vacuum store (not called iclean) with a small sign on window indicating it was a U-Haul dealer. Directions were like following a scavenger hunt to find the actual drop off location. No workers present at drop off location if there was an issue. This was during regular business hours. The Springfield location is a much better option.

MICHAELA ZThe proprietor of the Pick Up location informed me that they do not 'stock' the accessories UHaul offers (i.e., appliance dollies, blankets, etc.) and that he has communicated that to UHaul on numerous occasions. But UHaul does nothing to fix the problem - meaning, not offering those accessories when renting from this location. UHaul needs to fix this, NOW.
