Truck was left in a different location than key pick up. We were not informed of this prior to our scheduled pick up time. Dolly was not included with truck even though it was reserved and paid for. Difficult to find truck at location as there was no clear path or directions.

I might use them again in the near future
RICHARD LA couple recommendations: the store did not have clear Uhaul signage. The location of the key drop off box was not described clearly, it took us some time finding it in a cold weather

ROBERT EI had to go to a location just to go to another location to pick up the truck. Wasted money on Ubers just to get a dirty old truck. The truck drove fine but the inside needed swept out BAD and it was just outdated. It do the job, I really just didn’t appreciate the hassle of pick up and the lack of cleanliness.
