they're lying about where the trucks are. they are not at this location. pick up took FOREVER. I will never be using uhaul again.
Breeanna Shave the vehicles and pickup location at the same place. making the customer go to an empty lot to check in then driving another mile down the road is not very convenient.
Kevin VThe vehicle was .6 miles away from the address given. The vehicle address should be given when I get the confirmation. I didn't like having to walk so far to get to a vehicle I was paying to pick up from a specific place.
Brianna MPlease improve the address location as IClean Air Products and the UHaul vans are not in the same address.
