I did not buy Safe Move insurance and I specifically did not buy that option. But I was charged anyway. I used desktop to buy but check in was using my phone. So I could not do anything. Rahim, a local guy was helpful but when I explained to him my case, he referred me to a regional manager guy, which I have not heard from him. So my experience is a being a ping pong ball, where service people keep referring to others, not really taking hands on the issue.

Allowing returns to different facilities would be nice
