The app glitched and I could not sign in properly. To make matters worse, the location opened 30 minutes late for no reason. I never got the equipment I rented. This was a miserable experience

Vehicle I rented was not there at the scheduled time. Passenger door on the vehicle we wound up with was damaged and would not open from the outside.
