Benjamin RI requested two dolly’s and moving pads when I made my reservation online and to my surprise when we went to pick up the truck we were told that Uhaul doesn’t supply those items at this site. Then why was I able to reserve them??????? UNSAT
JAMES CConfusion about return. Recovery call 3 day after contract ended saying truck was not returned and charged me $158 because they didn’t check to see if truck was returned. Need to improve virtual check in process for unmanned locations. Normally U-Haul is good to work with but experience multiple issues in this rental.
