First, I went to state that this location was efficient and timely in checking out are U-Haul truck. He was very informative and gave great directions as the trucks are not located at this actual store. My only issue with this location is actually with U-Haul. Apparently this location does not promise to have any packing pads or dollies available. We were disappointed that the packing blankets that we ordered for the move were not available for us. I see that we were not charged for them but very disappointed that this location does not offer and it was not make clear to me when I made the reservation The people making the reservations need to be trained that this location does not offer dollies nor packing blankets

The store name is different then the description online. The trucks are not on site, they are down the road about a mile. This was not made obvious online. There is a small sign on the store front that is difficult to see.
JEREMIAH WTruck was in very bad condition and dirty. It was very hard to drive and hard to go over 40 m/hr.
KHURRAM AThe truck I was given needs to be taken out of the fleet. It clearly had transmission issues among others based on the noises I was hearing. This location is not suitable as you check in at one spot then drive down the road to the actual pick up location. The U-Haul app does not allow you to do the return paperwork because it does not accept the return location as correct - it thinks you need to return it to the check in spot. I was also given a truck full of trash, dirt, and confetti that I had to clear out before using it.
Taylor HThe location had me dig the truck out of the snow in the parking lot to be able to use it! I should have ask for a discount. It to me 30 minutes to dig out while the movers were waiting at the house to move my furniture into the truck
