No dolly or furniture pads as ordered. Customer service offered me the solution of driving 12 miles each way to another location to pick them up, but refused to waive the mileage associated with that. So the solution was for me to pay more money to get what I had ordered. The entire purpose of this project was to pick up a refrigerator, so instead I had to go to Home Depot and rent a utility dolly myself. Most ridiculous customer service experience, I will be complaining to the BBB and posting on social media about the ridiculous solution requiring me to pay more in mileage to drive to pick up products I had ordered at the pickup location. I will never be using UHaul again, and will complain about this situation to everyone who is considering renting anything from UHaul.

We were given an incorrect pick up address, the correct address was several blocks away. Once we found the correct address from customer service we had a difficult time opening the lock to access the key. I had ordered blankets when I initially placed my reservation, they were not in the truck when I arrived, I had to go to another location to get the blankets for my move. When I called to complain about these issues, the manager did not seem to care and offered no solutions or genuine remorse for all the hassles.
