We were not helped and told they had nothing to do with Uhaul except as a drop off and pickup location. We were given a truck with a slashed rear tire and my husband had to wait until midnight for it to be fixed. We waited in extreme temperatures without water for over an hour before we finally got help at the pickup location. We were charged for equipment we didn’t receive and California customer service NEVER contacted us like they said they would.
